- Communications will be sent through the online abstracts submission form.
- Deadline for receipt of abstracts: UNTIL JUNE 5, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
- It is mandatory for the presentation of the abstract that the FIRST AUTHOR be registered.
- The FIRST AUTHOR is responsible for the presentation of the oral abstract or poster during the corresponding session at the congress.
- An author can only appear as First Signatory in a maximum of 5 abstracts.
- Papers that have been presented at other conferences will be allowed if it is indicated on the submission form to which other conferences they have been submitted. These works will be considered for presentation only in poster format.
- The scientific committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts and determine their acceptance or rejection. Between 5% and 10% will be selected for their quality for presentation as oral abstract.
